Shortbread that we make at Christmas every year. It's really simple and oh, so good!

Ingredients
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 2 C. Butter
  • 4 C. Flour
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add flour a bit at a time until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Press dough into an 8"x8" pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
