Ingredients
  • 1 C. White Karo Syrup
  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 C. Cream
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Boil syrup and sugar until thick. Add butter. Cook slowly.
  2. Slowly drip in the cream stiring constantly.
  3. Cook to a firm ball stage. Be careful because a firm ball can get too firm.
  4. Add vanilla and pour into a greased pan. Cool.
  5. Use a sharp, heavy knife and a sawing motion, cut into squares and wrap with Saran Wrap.
