Ingredients
1 C. White Karo Syrup
1/4 C. Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Boil syrup and sugar until thick. Add butter. Cook slowly.
Slowly drip in the cream stiring constantly.
Cook to a firm ball stage. Be careful because a firm ball can get too firm.
Add vanilla and pour into a greased pan. Cool.
Use a sharp, heavy knife and a sawing motion, cut into squares and wrap with Saran Wrap.
